After watching and analyzing the NFL Scouting Combine and watching most of these prospects during the season, this is my current top 50 prospects for the upcoming 2022 NFL Draft — a list I’ll reference in future Mock Drafts. I placed value on not only production and measurables but also premium positions. The NFL places a ton of stock in a prospect’s ceiling and how much better they can become. All 50 of these prospects (and many more) have the ability to be special players and have many elite traits. Unfortunately, you can’t measure what I believe to be the most important trait, which is a player’s will to be great. Trust me when I say that matters because there will be adversity along the way for all these guys. A little good luck helps, too.
