With one of the most thrilling Super Bowls in NFL history still fresh in our minds, it is already time to turn our attention to the draft process. Much will change from now until Cleveland — barring a trade — sends in its selection to get the 2017 NFL Draft started April 27. Last year, Tennessee (No. 1) and Cleveland (No. 2) traded out of their slots, so the Rams and Philadelphia could select quarterbacks Jared Goff and Carson Wentz, respectively.
