Much will change from now until Cleveland — barring a trade — sends in its selection to get the 2017 NFL Draft started April 27. Last year, Tennessee (No. 1) and Cleveland (No. 2) traded out of their slots, so the Rams and Philadelphia could select quarterbacks Jared Goff and Carson Wentz, respectively.
