As many as eight teams could be in the market for a new quarterback, but like every year, there’s a shortage. North Carolina’s Mitch Trubisky is the passer with the most buzz, but Notre Dame’s DeShone Kizer, Clemson’s Deshaun Watson and another quarterback all have chances to be first-round picks.
