The NFL draft starts Thursday night and there is still much that has yet to crystallize. There are questions about where and how early the quarterbacks — largely seen as lackluster — will be selected. There will be a question of how Gareon Conley will be affected by a sexual assault allegation. But there will also be actual picks, starting at 8 p.m. tomorrow night. And, as things stand right now, here’s a best-guess as to how the order will shake out.
