Thanks to a frenetic and rather unprecedented free agency spree, the Buffalo Bills have revamped their roster with 20 new players (including Monday signee T.J. Yeldon), 16 of those on the offensive side of the ball. General manager Brandon Beane and coach Sean McDermott recognized how talent-deficient the 2018 Buffalo offense was, and they attacked the problem with a vengeance by spending a sizable portion of the salary cap space they entered the free agency period with. In the process, they have now freed themselves in the draft to home in on — pardon the cliché — the “best player available” when their turn to pick comes up at No. 9.
