There's a new No. 1 in the Tennessean's post-combine mock draft. The Arizona Cardinals already have a young quarterback drafted in the top half of the first round. But Josh Rosen has not exactly inspired enough confidence in Cardinals coach Kliff Kingsbury and GM Steve Keim. 'Is Josh Rosen our quarterback? Yeah, he is, right now, for sure,' Keim said, according to the Arizona Republic. Hardly uplifting.
