The initial wave of free agency has come and gone, now NFL teams can focus on the next wave of signings and finalizing their draft boards. The top storylines will be the quarterbacks for good reason. Either you have a franchise quarterback or you don’t. Teams such as the Carolina Panthers, Houston Texans, and Indianapolis Colts don’t have one at the moment. Luckily for those organizations, they have selections among the top four. The NFL draft is just over a month away.
