The Texans could go all in on the QB of their future, but this team is still in the middle of a DEEP rebuild and have a competent QB running the show. Instead, they take the prospect with both the highest ceiling and highest floor in the class. Anderson immediately would bring juice to a struggling defense both as a pass rusher and run stuffer.
