The Cincinnati Bengals have lost five straight games to fall to 2-10-1. They have all but locked up a top-three pick in the draft, as all but three teams have at least four wins. The Bengals are going to be in a pretty good position in the draft, as it’s all but a guarantee the first two picks (Jets and Jaguars) will be quarterbacks. Cincinnati will get their pick of the litter at No. 3.
