There was a time when A.J. Epenesa was being selected in the top-15 picks of 2020 NFL mock drafts. Epenesa’s stock fell following a poor combine, but he was still generally being selected in Round 1 in most mock drafts. As we all know, Epenesa fell out of Round 1 in the actual draft and into the Buffalo Bills’ lap in Round 2. This year, some prospects that analysts once viewed as being top-10 or top-15 selections will fall. Whether it’s due to injury concerns, red flags, lack of film, player opt outs or no combine, some talented players will drop this year and Buffalo could once again benefit.
