There is still plenty of work that needs to be done by the Las Vegas Raiders if they want to truly compete, and the draft will once again play a huge role. Sadly, the Las Vegas Raiders are seeing their playoff hope dissipate after their loss on Thursday night to the Los Angeles Chargers. This means we as fans may once again have to turn our attention early to what can be done in the offseason to improve the roster.
