It was just announced that Pittsburgh Steelers longtime quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is coming back for his 18th season with the franchise after restructuring his contract from 19 million down to 14 million. Restructuring the contract frees up some space for the Steelers and gives them some more flexibility heading into the 2021 season after a disappointing end to a hot start in 2020. There was some smoke that Big Ben would potentially retire after an up-and-down season. In 15 starts Big Ben and the Steelers went 12-3 but many of those wins came against below .500 teams and many of those wins were very close at that.
