The Chicago Bears are coming off their bye week and are set to enter the second half of their 2021 schedule. Sitting at 3-6, the Bears are 15th in the NFC and are on a four-game losing streak. The focus for Chicago moving forward is the play of rookie quarterback Justin Fields and if he improves this season. And from there, building around your young quarterback should be a priority. While we still have a few months until the offseason begins, it's never too early to look at the upcoming NFL draft and what the Bears should do. We already spotlighted some needs for the team that they can address this offseason and this mock draft will tie into that. There's also some big decisions to make for this franchise in terms of head coach Matt Nagy and general manager Ryan Pace's future with the team. Will they stay? Has time run out on the duo? No matter what happens, the Bears really need to have a big offseason in order for them to speed up the process of becoming a contender again.
