The Cleveland Browns come into 2021 with extremely high expectations. The offense that performed so well last year didn’t lose any pieces, and the defense that was so bad has been upgraded at every single level. General manager, Andrew Berry, has this team ready to compete for an NFL title now. Because of the expectations, it’s tougher to focus on next year’s draft, but you know the Browns front office has already done so. Once a team gets over the hump and is ready to compete for a Super Bowl, the draft becomes far more important than free agency. The Browns will have to spend a lot of money to keep some of their young talents around and will be forced to draft well in order to manage the salary cap.
