Draft month is approaching and between trades and compensatory picks the Dallas Cowboys have added a number of draft capital to their arsenal. With needs aplenty there should be no problem finding ways to spend said picks, the only question is on who and in what order will they attack their task list. In the mean time, the Dallas Cowboys have done their due diligence and covered their bases on a few positions that required attention. They’ve added Wide Receiver James Washington, Defensive End Dante Fowler, re-signed Linebacker Leighton Vander Esch, Defensive Tackle Carlos Watkins as well as Safety Jayron Kearse. Most of these signings are simply insurance policies to ensure the Cowboys can draft the most talented player available on their board without reaching to fill a need. Some of those insurance policies may have already been under contract and on the roster, like Center Tyler Biadasz.
