Following a disappointing 8-9 season, the pressure is on general manager Eric DeCosta and the team’s decision-makers to improve the roster and compete for a Super Bowl once again in 2022. Injuries were at least partially to blame for the team’s late-season skid, but the Ravens can’t just rest on their laurels and assume the roster will be better with the likes of Ronnie Stanley, Marcus Peters, and others returning from injury. The Ravens need to be proactive and exhaust their resources this offseason in an attempt to improve their team. On top of that, there are quite a few internal decisions that have to be made as well.
