The Viking Age

● By Adam Carlson
Assembling the best talent possible is the goal of any franchise hoping to be competitive. One of the best ways to get young talent is through the NFL Draft and the Minnesota Vikings have some good ammunition heading into the event. On April 28, the three-day 2022 NFL Draft will begin and it is essential that the purple and gold get their picks right and fill some of the holes on their roster with the best prospects available when they are on the clock. It will be tough to know who will thrive at the professional level and who will struggle to succeed, but the new regime of the Vikings will have an opportunity to assemble enough talent to be competitive in the NFC North and hopefully get a playoff berth.
