Training camp is right around the corner for the Cleveland Browns, as we continue to work through one of what feels like the longest summers in franchise history with all of the quarterback drama. However, in an attempt to continue to push my 'Draft season is year-round' propaganda, it does not hurt to get ahead of the curve and give you a 2023 NFL Mock Draft for the Browns even before the 2022 class has a chance to take a snap in Cleveland. Without a first-round pick after the Deshaun Watson trade that sent five total picks to the Houston Texans, the Browns do not pick until the 55th overall pick in this mock draft. Pro Football Network's mock draft simulator was used to complete this mock draft, and compensatory picks will not be added to these simulators until after the season is over and they are awarded and confirmed by the league. This means that an additional third-round pick is not in this mock draft that the Browns will have by the time the 2023 NFL Draft actually rolls around following the departure of Kwesi Adofo-Mensah as he was hired as the General Manager of the Minnesota Vikings.
