The Carolina Panthers are entering this offseason at a crucial impasse. They’re a team needing a new coaching staff and a quarterback to go along with a talented roster ready to compete as soon as possible. Owner David Tepper and general manager Scott Fitterer are in the process of interviewing potential head coaches.
