The Washington Commanders, now led by Head Coach Dan Quinn, entered the league year with quite a loaded bag: the second-most cap space in the league ($91.5 million) AND the second-most draft capital. Not bad considering this team is attempting a large overhaul. Not only did the team secure new owners in the Harris Group in 2023, but coaching was retooled from top to bottom as well.
