Black And Teal

The Jacksonville Jaguars are having a season the fans in Duval had been wishing for years. They are leading the AFC South and potentially staring at a 12-5 season, or 10-7 at worst. But as tremendous a season it's been comparatively for the Jags, they do not look quite ready for a Super Bowl run. After back-to-back losses, it is safe to say they still have some missing pieces. So, let's focus on the 2024 NFL draft and consider some options. The Jaguars have a few areas they need to improve on. The pass rush is one, beefing up the interior line with a pass-rushing threat and a run-stopping defensive tackle who can plug the hole as effectively as he can sack opposing quarterbacks. Fortunately, the 2024 draft is deep with interior defensive linemen. Shoring up the offensive line, especially at the guard and center positions, is also a must. Trevor Lawrence can not be allowed to get sacked 31 times again in 2024. The Jaguars also need some depth at corner, and this draft isn't great past the second round for defensive backs, so jumping early may be beneficial.
