It's always mock draft season. While we reflect on an exciting draft class for the Green Bay Packers, it's fun to look ahead at what could happen in the future. At worst, the Packers will enter next year's draft with two second-round picks thanks to the Aaron Rodgers trade. However, if Rodgers hits the achievable goal of playing 65 percent of the snaps for the New York Jets this season, the Packers will have two firsts instead. The 2023 season will be filled with fascinating storylines for the Packers. It's a year of rebuilding and evaluating. Twelve months from now, Aaron Rodgers' contract will be off the books, and the Packers will have a clear picture of where things are headed long-term. Using the Pro Football Focus mock draft simulator, we put together a way-too-early 2024 mock for the Packers. Interestingly, it gives Green Bay the No. 6 and No. 25 (from Jets) overall picks in the first rounds.
