The biggest news in the NFL came from the New England Patriots when they decided to part ways with head coach Bill Belichick as the head coach. Owner Bob Kraft decided the team needed to go in a new direction to right the ship and so we felt like it was the perfect time to update our Patriots seven-round mock draft. Jerod Mayo is the new head coach in New England and we think he’s going to want to put his stamp on the franchise right away. With a new head coach, a new quarterback must follow but this mock was about more than just drafting a quarterback and we opted to try and fill as many holes on this roster as possible and still land a potential franchise quarterback.
