It’s as much reading-into-quotes season as it is mock draft season, so let’s do both as the Tennessee Titans sit three weeks from putting together an actual draft. General manager Ran Carthon said something to reporters this week, in a news conference introducing the subject of one of two enormous moves – the trade for Kansas City Chiefs cornerback L’Jarius Sneed — that makes for perfect speculation fodder. He was asked if the team’s starting right tackle is on the roster and if the starting left tackle will be drafted. “To say our starting right tackle, we’ve got more than five offensive linemen on the roster, so, we can roll out any five and call them starters if you want to at this point,” Carthon said. “But again, we’re going to … continue to look to bolster up front, we’ve added weapons around Will (Levis), still got to be able to protect him.”
