Miami, which was picking No. 3 overall, ended up at No. 6 when the dust settled from the two moves. San Francisco jumps up from No. 12 to No. 3, with Philadelphia now picking No. 12 overall. That involves only three teams, but that new draft order will throw off the best-laid plans of many teams picking from No. 4 on down.
