It’s time to brave the new world of the Detroit Lions picking so late in the NFL draft’s order. The Lions pick 29th, the latest their own pick has fallen in team history, and they have obvious needs at cornerback, pass rusher and interior offensive line, with both starting guards set to hit free agency. And while MLive’s other mock draft of the week focuses on the secondary, this one bolsters the O-line with a starting-level guard and potential tackle down the line.
