Joe Schoen arrives in East Rutherford as the New York Giants’ new general manager with a track record of building dominance along both lines of scrimmage during his time with the Buffalo Bills, and an uphill battle to replicate that success in East Rutherford. Fortunately for Schoen and the Giants, New York owns a pair of top-10 picks and nine total selections in the 2022 NFL Draft, which could prove the foundation of a new era of success. Because the New York Giants begin this offseason upwards of $10 million over the salary cap, hitting on as many picks as possible during the draft will be critical in turning the fortunes of a franchise that has suffered through double-digit losing seasons each of the past five years.
