Browns Wire

● By Jacob Roach
With their free agency moves so far, we have a better idea of how the 2024 NFL draft will play out for the Cleveland Browns. Then again, under general manager Andrew Berry, they have drafted more for the future than immediate needs, and they’ll do more of that this year. It is still early, so the Browns could make a few more moves that affect their draft plans, but it’s not likely they will drastically alter them. Cleveland doesn’t have any proven wide receivers under contract after 2024, and with how deep this class is at the posting, they must take one with the future in mind. This offensive line class, especially the tackles, is another strength in this year’s draft, and Cleveland knows they need to redo their depth and prepare to replace some older players in the coming seasons. With no major roster holes heading into the draft, the Browns will be free to pick the best players available when they are on the clock.
