With the NFL Scouting Combine officially in the books, the 2024 NFL Draft is fast approaching with the first round in Detroit only 52 days away. The Jets enter this year's draft with eight selections, with three of those being compensatory picks in the later rounds. Simply put, this needs to be a home run draft for head coach Robert Saleh (18-33 record as HC) and general manager Joe Douglas (27-56 record as GM). If not, ownership will likely be looking for a fresh start for a team that hasn't had a record of better than 7-10 during this current regime, a winning record since 2015 and have failed to make the playoffs in each of the last 13 seasons.
