It’s officially NFL Draft month. The Green Bay Packers will be one of the power players in this year’s proceedings, tied with the Arizona Cardinals, Buffalo Bills and Los Angeles Rams for the most selections with 11. Green Bay acquired two Day 2 picks via the trades of quarterback Aaron Rodgers and cornerback Rasul Douglas in the past year, so general manager Brian Gutekunst is well equipped with five picks between Nos. 25 and 91 entering his seventh draft in charge. With the first couple of waves of free agency in the rearview, the Packers’ draft needs have begun to crystallize. They probably need a second starting safety, depth at inside linebacker, edge rusher and cornerback, and more bodies at offensive tackle and interior offensive line to compete for starting spots and provide much-needed depth. With those in mind, here is a second crack at a Packers seven-round mock draft.
