I found enough time in my schedule to produce a post-Senior Bowl/pre-NFL Combine big board covering my top 200 prospects in the 2023 NFL Draft. This is still a very fluid process as I add and remove prospects based on film evaluations, medical reports, and a little inside information, but the draft is in sight! Keep an eye out for a mock draft in the next two weeks. As always, the tier a player appears in is more important than the player’s individual number ranking. I place a greater emphasis on putting prospects in the correct “buckets” rather than nailing their exact positioning. The draft is chaotic, so aiming for perfection in a big board doesn’t make sense. Here’s my January version for those interested in how the rankings have changed. Last month we only covered 150 prospects, but preparing for the Senior Bowl and NFL Combine gave me a chance to study more players. Positional value wasn’t a factor in producing these rankings.
