This is due in large part to the quarterback crop being considered less than stellar. Expectations are for top prospect Justin Herbert to return to Oregon for another year. Without him, a thin group gets even thinner. Without the QBs to guide the top 10, it’s anybody’s guess how things will play out. One thing is for sure if nothing else. There figures to be at least one unexpected move. So who will be the team to make it?
