The Carolina Panthers will know far more about prospects of interest after spending the week in Mobile for the 2022 Senior Bowl. This is always one of the most anticipated dates during the all-important assessment process, with plenty of talent on display for teams to decipher ahead of the NFL Scouting Combine. It’ll be interesting to see how the Panthers approach this year’s draft. They don’t have a Day 2 pick after trades for Sam Darnold and C.J. Henderson, so they need to get creative in pursuit of landing some prospects that can come in and make an immediate impact. Whether the decision-making process will alter this year is another thing to watch. Matt Rhule’s had the final say on personnel moves in the past. But with little in the way of genuine progress last season, it could force team owner David Tepper into a change of direction.
