It’s been a little over a month since my last mock draft. There’s much more information about prospects out there thanks to the NFL combine and various pro days. The ongoing developments in free agency have shifted the priorities of various teams. The Bengals at No. 28 could go in plenty of different directions with their pick. They could focus on positions of need like tackle, running back or tight end or decide to select the best player available in the early rounds to try and maximize value.
