The Bengals need to use the first two days of the draft to firm up their roster for a Super Bowl run in 2023. That means placing a high priority on filling positional needs while drafting players who are ready to contribute right away. I still would leave the door open to draft a top ranked pass rusher as I did in my previous mock draft, but those are looking increasingly likely to be out of reach with the No. 28 pick.
