On Thursday night, the Patriots will start the process of adding a handful of young prospects to their roster. The hope is that this draft class will add blue-chip prospects and a few building blocks to the franchise. Considering how inconsistent the Patriots offense was in 2022, improving this group has been a big focus for Bill Belichick this offseason. We’ve seen the team add a new offensive coordinator (Bill O’Brien), new offensive line coach and three veterans who’ve had past success elsewhere (Juju Smith-Schuster, Mike Gesicki and James Robinson). Of course, the Patriots aren’t done. Leading up to this draft, the Patriots have shown interest in top tackle, receiver and tight end prospects.
